Private day and overnight wilderness journeys created to help you step away from the noise, reconnect with what matters and meet yourself with greater clarity.
The Forest Clearing is a guided wilderness experience rooted in nature, reflection, and renewal. It is a place to slow down, listen more closely, and make room for a different perspective.
Nothing here asks you to become someone new. The invitation is simpler: step out of the patterns and pressures of daily life long enough to remember what is already there.
Every journey begins with a private conversation. We’ll talk about what is drawing you to the experience, answer your questions, and make sure the setting and approach feel right for you. A second conversation covers preparation, expectations, and practical details.
When you arrive, everything is prepared so you can settle in without rushing. The experience may include a meditative slow forest hike, guided reflection, nourishing food, music, quiet time, and steady one-on-one support—all held within the natural rhythm of the forest.
The journey does not simply end when you leave the forest. We’ll reconnect afterward to reflect on what stood out, what may still be unfolding, and how you might carry something meaningful from the experience into everyday life.

For more than twenty years, I worked as a forester—a literal keeper of the forest. The woods taught me to pay attention to what changes slowly, what survives hardship, and what becomes possible when something finally has room to grow.
My own difficult seasons deepened that understanding. I came to know the wilderness not as an escape, but as a place where honest connection, healing, and hope could begin to return. The Forest Clearing grew from a desire to hold that kind of space for others.
